This is Upper Hutt’s weekend, Saturday 6th December is the day when everyone converges on the city to see and be a part of the Christmas Festivities as we host the 2008 Santa Parade, whilst everyone says it is for the children, there always appears to be all ages represented all wanting to see the jolly man in person, and it marks the beginning of the countdown to the day itself.
